24 Hour
Cancellation
If you cancel an
appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours advance notice
or you will be charged a $30 Cancellation Fee. We provide a 24
hour voice mail service for your convenience. If the appointment
was secured with a Gift Card, the cancellation will result in a
$30 reduction in the value of your Gift Card.
Permanent Make Up
Cancellation
If you cancel a
Permanent Make Up appointment, you must provide at least 48
hours advance notice or you will be charged a $80 Cancellation
Fee. If the appointment was secured with a Gift Card, the
cancellation will result in an $80 reduction in the value of
your Gift Card.
Late Arrivals
If you are late for
your appointment, your service will be shortened relative to your
arrival time. Full charges for services applies.
Returns
We do not give cash
refunds - only credit exchanges are provided. A 20% restocking
fee will be charged for returned or opened products. Partially
used products cannot be returned.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards that are
lost or stolen will not be honored or replaced. No Show or
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled
appointment will result in a $30 reduction in the value of your
Gift Card.
